You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel transactions if pricing errors occur. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing via Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. See our Shipping page for detailed policies.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of perfumery. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the property of Zentify Aroma or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Zentify Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
