Returns policy
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to the intimate nature of perfumery.
- Damaged or defective products — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for an immediate replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
How to initiate a return
- Navigate to My Account → Orders and select the relevant order.
- Click "Request Return" and select the items with a reason.
- Our team will review within 24 hours and send a prepaid return label.
- Pack the product in its original packaging and hand to the courier.
- Refund is initiated once the return is received and inspected.
